Bike hire - Cycle hire and support is available from the onsite shop.
Bike shop - Cannock Chase Cycle Centre is a well-stocked one stop cycle shop with a huge range of clothing and special offers all year round.

Bike wash - Take your bike home shiny and clean. Our bike wash facility kindly sponsored by Hope is available to use every day (required tokens can be purchased from the bike shop)
Cafe - The Grounds Café is a family and dog friendly café based here on site at Cannock Chase. So whether you are here to walk, ride, play in the park, swing from the trees or Segway the trails, be sure to pay them a visit.

Pay and display parking - Our car parking is provided by the Forestry Commission. Charges are how they raise the revenue required to maintain the cycling and walking trails, visitor facilities, and play features here at Birches Valley. When you pay for car parking you’re making a direct contribution to this work, so thank you.

The car park is open Dawn to Dusk, 364 days a year (Closed Christmas Day). Below are estimates of the car park opening and closing times.

Toilets - Toilets are located adjacent to the Café and include baby changing and accessible facilities. The toilets are opened and closed at the same time as the car park
Children’s play area - The play area is perfect to keep your young ones entertained and give you a minute’s peace. Set within huge Pine trees with play structures such as climbing frames, scramble nets, swings & slides
The play equipment is suitable for 4 –13 years olds. The area is fenced area, with several benches/picnic tables both inside and around the perimeter of the play area.
The play area is located a short walk from the cycle shop, located between the lower and upper car parks.
